1. What are the different tiers of artists at Glow Era?

Glow Era offers three tiers of artists to cater to various needs and budgets:

• Silver Artist: artists with more experience and expertise.

• Gold Artist: Highly skilled artists known for their exceptional work.

• Platinum Artist: Top-tier artists with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence.

2. How do I book an appointment with Glow Era?

Booking an appointment with Glow Era is easy and convenient. Simply visit our website, choose your preferred artist tier, select the service you need, and book a time that suits you. Our makeup artist will come to your chosen location.

3. What services does Glow Era offer?

Glow Era provides a wide range of services, including:

• Makeup and hair styling for events and special occasions

• Haircut packages

• Beauty clinic packages

• FX makeup and special character creation for film and TV

• Therapeutic service sessions to help you relax and recharge

4. How does Glow Era ensure the quality of its services?

At Glow Era, we are committed to delivering the best service to our clients. We have a professional handbook for our artists to follow, maintain the highest hygiene standards. We also stay updated with the latest techniques and trends in the beauty industry.

5. What happens if there is extreme weather on the day of my appointment?

In case of extreme weather conditions, such as a red/black rainstorm or Typhoon Signal 8 or above, we will ensure the safety of our artists and clients. Taxi fees are required for all artists both ways during bad weather conditions, and a $2000 safety charge is applied as a team charge.

6. How do I reschedule my booking with Glow Era?

To change your booking, please inform us 48 hours in advance. Please note that the deposit, and full payment are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other services under any circumstances. Bookings can be rescheduled for free 48 hours hours in advance, a fee of 200 HKD will be charged for any request post that.

7. What are the payment terms for Glow Era services?

Deposit: 30% of the service fee. Booking is only secured upon deposit payment.

Full Payment: Needs to be paid on completion of job via bank transfer, FPS, Payme, Alipay or Cash.

Late Payment: Interest is applied per day to the outstanding balance.

Non-Refundable: Deposit and full payment cannot be refunded or transferred to other services under any circumstances.

Taxi Fees(before 10am and special location): To be paid by the client on the job day in cash.

9. How are taxi fees handled for Glow Era services?

• Call Time Before 10 AM: One-way taxi fee is required for all artists from their homes.

• Special Locations and Venues: Round-trip taxi fees are required for all artists at all times. Morning taxi fee is required for calls before 10 AM to the client’s location. Taxi fees are also required for travel between the client’s location and the closest MTR/KCR station. Round-trip taxi fees are required to/from the client’s location to the closest MTR/KCR station.

10. What is Glow Era's cancellation policy?

• In case of sickness, pregnancy, or accidents: Glow Era will arrange a replacement artist.

• Cancellation by Client: No refunds for any payments made.
